Developmental scoring later records the selected scale level for each dimension. Keep labels focused on achievement levels and developmental evidence.

Include Missing / Unscorable option during scoringThis scoring-only option is treated as level 0 and does not need a descriptor column in the matrix.

Scale Level columns remain editable for matrix headers and future scoring choices.
